Today was a big day for us because Noah got his first real haircut! I took him to this cute place in Lake Oswego called Little Clippers. It was totally set up for little kids with a play area, cars to sit in while their hair is being cut and other fun stuff. Noah did great! I could tell he was a bit nervous for the first few snips, but then he was fine. Here are some pictures of him getting his hair cut:

We had a great Fourth of July. Our really good friends, Derek and Elizabeth, joined us for a barbecue and fireworks on our deck. Noah loved the fireworks and wasn't bothered in the least by the loud noises. Of course he stayed up way too late, but it was a super fun night! Noah tried to sit at the big table, but as you can see he was still a bit short even with his booster so we set him up at his very own table and he loved it. He is getting to be such a big kid!
I was finally able to go visit my sister in Las Vegas and finally get my hands on my niece, Abby. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I had and how much I adore Abby. I was so busy playing with her that I hardly picked up my camera. Look how adorable Abby is!
Noah takes every opportunity the weather gives him to play with his water table outside. He is supposed to play outside the tub, but loves to get all the way in and splash around. He even prefers the water table over his pool. Here are some seriously cute pictures of him playing outside:

Finally for tonight, I wanted to share a really good picture of my cat, Sam. He is always looking for places to curl up and loves to wiggle himself under blankets. This blanket has fringe on the edges and I think he looks like a lion. Have a good evening!
